today I spoke about how team chemistry brings all these fundamentals together. When your teammate knows you have his or her back it keeps you above every other team. This builds your whole team because you build each other and help each other in times of stuggle. if one player isn't making shots the other one is. if one player is not sure what the play is the other one tells him. you basically pick up the slack for your teammate. your coach should help with this.

Today spoke about the importance of passing. One extra pass could lead to a shot or a layup. If you make a pass at the wrong time it could lead to a turnover. the accuracy of the pass is also important. Passing is important mostly on fast breaks. be sure to work on that.

Today I spoke about hustle. hustle is another fundamental that creates opportunities on the fast break.
Hustle is diving for loose balls, getting back on defense, getting rebounds, helping teammates. This gives you team chemistry.

Today I spoke about the importance of your defense and your teams defense. Defense is important especially against a good ball handler. Your defense can create a fast break or any scoring opportunity for that matter. be sure to work at it as much as possible.

Today I spoke about the fast break and how getting back to the other end of the court is important because miss an opportunity to score or help a teammate if they are being guarded. I also spoke about how fast breaks are started by good defense always. The better your teams defense the more opportunities you have to score.

Today I spoke of the importance of play call. how crucial it is to pay attention to play call. this was a major part of my blog because I mentioned without play call you are like a dog with no leash. the team has to know what plays to run at the given time whether it be defense or offense.
